This service includes 60, 90 and 120 minute massages that are varied pressures and custom for each individual sessions. We do offer 60 minute deep tissue massages as well. By referral and appointment ONLY.

This service is a support program for people who want to take control of their health which includes weekly checkins. We will walk with you in your health journey and provide insight and resources for you to succeed!

This future service is a three hour session that can either be one on one or for groups up to six people. Additional time and groups more than 2 people will carry an additional charge. Also store excursions are available separately.

This future service is a three hour service for groups up to 6 that can be held in private residence or in studio. Additional time and groupsr greater than 4 will carry an additional charge.
Our Philosophy
Established in 2023, the seed of the idea for a wellness spa that supports people’s journey toward better health, had a long germination of about ten years. Our belief is that teaching people about good health choices and self care, while building community, is the root network of what we do and the fruition is that people feel empowered to live self fulfilling lives with support and love.
